Dear Messengers of Peace,
There are TWO WARS being waged upon Ukraine.
A physical war began on February 24, 2022 when Russia’s military invaded Ukraine soil. The tragedy of this war has resulted in the loss of 500,000 lives and has caused great turmoil in both countries. Russia’s President Putin believes all or part of Ukraine should be under his control. He is also a Christian and a member of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Hidden from this physical brutality is a spiritual war of both earthly and divine natures. Historically for the past millennium the Kievan Rus” (Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) people generally practiced the same religion as their leaders. Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church has endorsed Putin’s Ukrainian war and ambitions to the dismay of Christians in his country and throughout the world. Religious freedom in Ukraine would disappear and Kirill would expand his Russian Orthodox Church by Putin’s sword and not Jesus’ olive branch.
As “Messengers of Peace” we can’t support a physical war, until all diplomatic means have been exhausted; especially spiritual diplomacy. Jewish scripture has two fine examples of spiritual diplomacy.
Pharaoh refused to heed God’s Word as spoken by Moses. Aaron presented a spiritual challenge to resolve the conflict by throwing down his rod that turned into a snake. “Then Pharaoh, for his part summoned the wise men and sorcerers; and the Egyptian magicians, in turn, did the same with their spells; each casting down his rod, and they turned into serpents. But Aaron’s rod swallowed their rods.” (Exodus 7: 11-12) Pharaoh rejected the divine sign and ultimately received God’s wrath.
Israelites and Philistines had a long history of conflicts and were stationed upon opposite hills awaiting another war. A champion and a giant of a man Goliath of Gath proposed a single combat challenge to avoid a bloody war. King Saul and all of Israel became dismayed and terror-stricken. A youthful and vastly smaller David of the Israelites accepted the challenge and slayed Goliath. (1 Samuel 17) King Saul was a tall man that shamefully lacked the courage expected of someone with his stature. He also lacked faith in God and cowered in fear of a man. It marked his fall from God’s grace and a most pitiful legacy.
At the beginning of this year a terrible tragedy befell my family. As the spiritual leader it was my duty to embark upon a spiritual quest to bestow God’s graces to benefit my family’s current struggle. Fasting and prayer is good formula for such matters and midway into the fast God delayed my prayer request and instead asked me to become an Apostolic Outcast tasked with using my unique spiritual gifts to present a spiritual diplomatic proposal to end the Russia-Ukraine War. I continued fasting to gain more grace for this task and stopped after 32 days and 38 pounds lighter due to the emergence of dangerous health symptoms.
My letter to the Ukrainian Embassy/Consulate with my real name didn’t generate a response; so now I am using the name of Apostolic Outcast given to me during the fast and using a website.
David was given a plan and boldness from God to assist King Saul and his people; I too feel a like calling from God to assist another leader and his citizens as a good Christian citizen of the world.
Undoubtedly you have many questions and hesitation about my proposal; that is a natural response. Please read the second part of this letter and other segments of this website to learn more about my unique spiritual warfare background and spiritual gifts. What you’ll learn is that I was called by God to this assignment more than a quarter century ago; but I didn’t understand this until midway into my recent long-term fast.
God is all knowing and knew that communist Russia was destined towards warfare to satisfy its lust to expand its empire. You’ll also learn that I don’t fall neatly into pre-existing stereotypes. I’m my own man seeking a better world for my children and future generations. Advocating World Peace and preventing World War III is paramount for this simple goal and I hope you will join me in this effort.
I am asking primarily for four simple things:

- Please write and mail at least one letter of support to a Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate of your choice.
- Please pray for World Peace and a quick equitable end to this war.
- Please check back on a regular basis, as more intrigue is expected.
